Job Description Provide first line contact for troubleshooting problems with 3D TRASAR and Nalco Water proprietary equipment.   Diagnosis and troubleshoot issues and problems on Ecolab Food & Beverage proprietary equipment.   Provide live phone support to field representatives on standard equipment and e-catalog products referencing specifications, product literature, and pricing.   Communicate and provide customers with equipment pricing, warranty, and equipment parts utilizing SAP program Track phone calls and emailed support tickets using ticket tracking system We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
