Tech Supp Professional

Technical Support Helpdesk. You will support focus on\naccuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive timely identification,\ninvestigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical\nissues. You will build internal relationships to expedite complicated cases.\nYou will develop broad understanding of customer needs. You will support the\nknowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools. You will help develop\nTechnical Support processes. You will ensure proper documenting and recording\nof all activity and communication. You will address systemic coordination\nissues.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for\n providing Remote Service Support for Honeywell applications and products\n at customer locations for direct customers and Honeywell Chanel Partner\n customers.
Responsible for\n delivering day-to-day remote service operations under the supervision of\n the HBOC service supervisors.
Responsible to\n deliver 24/7/365 Fixed Night Shift - Alarm Monitoring, Online/ Telephone\n support, Remote Adjustment and Fault Finding with Resolutions.
The role will\n deliver remote preventative maintenance tasks based on the schedule and\n corrective maintenance.
Responsible to\n deliver day to day task defined as part of skill matrix including goals.
This role\n requires 5-7 years of experience in the specific domain or any automation\n industry.
Act as an\n escalation point for customers & sites and HBOC L1 Professionals.
Facilitate\n issue identification and analysis.
Investigate and\n resolve technical issues.
Track requests\n resolution.
Provide\n technical training.
Build\n relationships with customers.
Test products\n & software.
Develop and\n share knowledge.
Remote Engineer\n responsible for providing basic BEMS support to Customers and Field\n Engineers.
HBS\n Productivity Tools.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's\n degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or equivalent Engineering/Technical\n Degree or Equivalent Qualifications and Advanced Level knowledge of\n Building Management Systems.
3-5 Years’\n Experience in BMS Systems Field commissioning, BMS system engineering\n design OR similar kind of experience in a Technical Support Roles.
Strong\n understanding and knowledge of industry standards and protocols (BACnet,\n Modbus, OPC, Lonwarks, APIs etc)
Honeywell and\n 3rd party technologies/applications with Honeywell’s OT/ Enterprise\n Applications and Connected Services.
WE VALUE
Experience in BMS\n systems like Niagara N4, Vykon, IQVision,\n Trend, Alerton, FORGE, EBI etc.
Extensive\n customer facing experience.
Experience in\n the BMS industry is preferred.
Excellent\n interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
