As a Technical Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise as a subject-matter expert in relevant technologies and products. You will provide expert technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring their satisfaction. You will report directly to our Sr. Technical Support Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Louisville, Kentucky location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our technical support operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nProvide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues\nServe as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies and products\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical support strategies\nLead and mentor junior technical support professionals, providing guidance and support\nStay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement\nContribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and tools\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams\nParticipate in customer meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance\nProduct Entry into Service process to verify readiness of launch\nTest product before going to market (Beta Testing)\nWork with Tech Publication to confirm marketing Publications are correct and align with offering\nCreate Self Service content (Knowledge Articles, How to Videos) for Level 1 support questions\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n3+ years of proven experience in technical support or a similar roleHigh School Diploma or GEDExpertise in relevant technologies and productsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasksExperience in mentoring and leading a teamStrong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction\n
