About This Opportunity As an Tech Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the team that owns a variety of processing systems for card payment products. You will work closely with external business partners and internal business and IT teams. You will lead the roadmap, requirements analysis, execution, and operation aspects for our payments processing systems. Responsibilities Participate in activities with a group of payment processing SMEs to cover various aspects of the payment card processing system, from architecture to operation/support, as well as roadmap and requirements analysis. Ensure financial network mandates are implemented, and create product launch-related documentation to be submitted to financial networks. Analyzing business requirements and function enhancement initiatives from InComm’s business development team, security team, and external partners for Issuer and Acquirer integrations, and sharing with internal teams. Analyzing business requirements and mandates from various financial networks (such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Pulse, Fiserv, WorldPay) for Issuer and Acquirer integrations, and sharing with internal teams. Serving as the lead for network processing configuration, covering forms and technical documentation regarding the business and technical processing relationships between InComm and issuing banks of financial cards. Providing support to the fraud team for fraud identification, investigation, and prevention. Supporting activities for the application and system lifecycle, including but not limited to application maintenance, server management, system and security updates, etc. Providing advice and direction to the host platform and reconciliation teams regarding processing business resolutions. Attending financial network-hosted business meetings, review sessions, problem-probing calls, and test/certification sessions. Creating and managing an enterprise-level roadmap for this activity and any supporting documents. Tracking the compliance of required financial mandates at an enterprise level. Presenting project/program deliverables to executive stakeholders. Collaborating with Product Managers, other Platform/Application Product Owners, and IT teams. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to address any questions team members have regarding requirements or the implementation of business functions and financial network mandates. Participating in the creation of a product vision and roadmap which aligns with the goal of the vision and conveys that vision to the scrum team. Being accountable for each implementation of financial network mandates and the final product. Qualifications Knowledge and experience working with Financial Networks, reviewing financial network mandate documentation, and creating & submitting financial product launch documentation to Banks/Financial Networks. Knowledge about ISO 8583 and other industry standards for card processing. Expert knowledge of payment card financial transaction flow. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable learning new technology/products in a highly innovative environment. Superior relationship management skills, with the ability to engage in strategic conversations with all levels of management. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation. Strong time management skills. Proven ability and desire to consistently handle and prioritize multiple tasks across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
