Hogarth is looking for a Tech & Tools Manager for our pool of freelancer or future full time opportunities Role Overview:

The Tech & Tools Lead is a critical role responsible for driving the implementation, management, and adoption of a unified technology and tools platform across the LATAM region. This individual will act as a bridge between global initiatives and local market needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency within our advertising production environment. This role will focus on projects and rollouts related to tech and tools in SX for LATAM, working in close coordination with the Global team.

Key Responsibilities: Platform Development & Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement production and management tools in alignment with global strategy and local market requirements, creating a unified and efficient platform. Oversee the integration of solutions such as centralized design systems, display media automation, scalable video production, pre-print tools, workflow/project management systems (e.g., Jira, Monday.com), timesheet reporting, financial tracking software, and analytics dashboards. Ensure tools are user-friendly and cater to the specific needs of each market within LATAM. Design orchestration blueprints that define how tools within the platform interact and how data flows between instances. This includes defining API utilization and agent interactions for seamless communication and coordination. Manage projects related to tech and tools rollouts, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Technology Management & Oversight:

Maintain and optimize the performance of the platform across all LATAM markets. Research and incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies to enhance productivity and scalability. Establish and maintain connections between tools for seamless data flow and enhanced cross-functional collaboration. Proactively identify and address technical issues and escalate to the global team as needed.

Governance & Documentation:

Develop and enforce best practices, training materials, and comprehensive documentation for platform usage. Ensure compliance with regional and local regulations related to technology and data privacy. Maintain a centralized knowledge base for all tools and processes.

Team Collaboration & Training:

Act as a liaison between global, regional, and local teams to drive alignment and adoption of the platform. Deliver training and ongoing support to teams across LATAM to maximize tool utilization and efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback regarding platform usage.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

Build dashboards to track production performance, project progress, tool adoption rates, and other key metrics. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to the Regional Production Director and Regional Operations Director, as well as the Global team. Analyze platform performance and identify areas for optimization. Technical Expertise: 7+ years of proven experience implementing and managing technology solutions for production and governance in a creative, media, or advertising agency environment. Strong understanding of AI-driven tools and automation in design, content production, and analytics. Proficiency in project and workflow management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello), financial tracking software, and analytics platforms. Experience with SX tools is a strong plus. Management Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, with an emphasis on clear communication, stakeholder management, and timely delivery. Experience with PMO (Project Management Office) frameworks is highly desirable. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and cultures. Ability to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. General Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English, Portuguese (desirable), and Spanish. Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM.
