RESPONSIBILITIES: In partnership with development teams, create requirements for new automated processes Act as the expert in our technical solutions for all new and existing automation solutions Partner with Service leaders and teams on their ongoing enhancement needs for our existing solutions Develop and execute testing plans for new solutions Support business readiness and change management for new solutions and processes Work with global teams on prioritization and testing of enhancements Act as 2nd level support for technical issues related to our existing solutions Act as regional BPMS champion, working globally to prioritize enhancement needs and testing of planned changes Ensure the delivery of technical automation that will meet the needs of our business partners

 

Critical Skills

Expertise in GlobalView SAP, Process Models and BPMS Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization and meeting timelines and deliverables Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to associates regardless of reporting relationships Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure Strong attention to detail QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 5+ years experience in GlobalView configuration Experience in Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement is an asset. ADP Business Process and organization knowledge

SAP knowledge is a plus.
