Technical Account Lead for Automotive Tiers in Eastern Europe (w/m/d)

What awaits you:
Developing the customer relationship on a technical level across different levels at the customer.You are the central contact person for all technical questions of the customer, to then clarify these yourself or within the Altair network.Strategic planning for mid-term business success together with sales team and the global Technical Account Manager for the specific accountExpand the client's network and actively engage in expanding the use of Altair software and services in all areas across the entire Altair portfolio.Analyse the client's development process; develop a deep understanding of the client's challenges and derived client objectives; translate client objectives into new business opportunities and develop plans accordingly.Initiate and coordinate technical activities within the account in conjunction with the local and global teams.Execute and coordinate technical activities in the sales process (technical presentations, PoC and demos, pilot projects, implementation support)What we expect:
Successful completion of a technical degreeExperience in pre-sales of technically demanding simulation products is an advantageStrong CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) background in at least one of the following: electromagnetics (e.g. e-motor, antenna simulation), nonlinear structural solvers, Multiphysics of Electronics or CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)Good knowledge in the use of CAE pre- and post-processorsExperience and sound understanding of development processes and organizational structures in the automotive industry (at least 3-5 years of professional experience)You understand the customer's needs, speak at eye level with their operational units and can proactively drive new topics forward with the customer.You are characterized by your strong communication and presentation skills as well as a confident demeaner and a structured way of workingYou bring a very good customer, service and team orientation as well as implementation strength.Willingness to constantly expand your knowledgeWillingness to travel within Eastern EuropeFluent written and spoken English and an eastern European language such as Hungarian, (Czech) round off your profile.What we offer:
