The Social Investment team at ServiceNow partners with non-profits to provide technology donations through the In-Kind Donations Program. As a key member of this team, you will guide grant recipients through the full lifecycle of their engagement—from opportunity identification to implementation—driving adoption, satisfaction, and business impact on the ServiceNow platform.
This role blends solution consulting and customer success, focusing on aligning human needs with business outcomes. You will get to operate in a dynamic environment, collaborate across industries, synthesize diverse perspectives, and take a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
What you get to do in this role:
+ Serve as the technology strategist for in-kind donation recipients, managing engagement from use case identification to implementation support.
+ Lead design thinking engagements, workshops, and research activities to assess challenges and co-create future-state solutions with customers and partners.
+ Communicate ServiceNow’s capabilities to potential donors
+ Effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives, using impactful storytelling and presentation methods.
+ Support targeted account engagements as needed, collaborating with project and partner teams to ensure successful scoping, delivery, and impact.
+ Share best practices and reusable assets to enhance team effectiveness, contributing to the evolution and maturity of the In-Kind Donations Program.
+ Manage each project from use case identification through implementation support
+ Drive timely delivery of technology grants, addressing barriers through solutioning or leadership escalation.
+ Ensure successful implementation alongside the Business Process Consultant and partner
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
+ +8 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
+ Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform (CSA certification required)
+ Experience collaborating with product management, partners, and professional services
+ Strong territory management, including pipeline building, account planning, and sales cycles
+ Comfortable leading customer-facing meetings, pitches, and facilitated workshops
+ Proficiency in design, collaboration, and facilitation tools (Miro, Sketch, Figma, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Ability to manage multiple complex projects/initiatives simultaneously
+ Strong storytelling, communication design, and relationship-building skills
+ Experience in ServiceNow implementation and/or project management
+ Background working with non-profit organizations

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $121,700 - $213,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
