About the Role:

Planful is looking for a Technical Customer Account Manager to manage routine customer account tasks and support global clients in adopting new features. Reporting to the AVP, Customer Experience India, you’ll ensure customers are maximizing their use of Planful’s solutions by managing user accounts, communicating new features, and leading training sessions. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you’ll engage regularly with a global customer base to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

Account Management: Handle administrative tasks like user management, account configurations, and managing training sessions. Feature Adoption: Communicate the value of new product features and guide customers through their adoption. Customer Support: Ensure customers are using Planful effectively by providing support and running regular check-ins. Training & Enablement: Lead customer training sessions to help users fully leverage Planful’s platform. Customer Communication: Build strong relationships and ensure clear, effective communication with global clients. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring to the Table

Operational Experience: Experience with administrative tasks like user management, account setup, and customer training. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Customer-Centric Approach: A proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship management. Previous customer-facing experience, particularly in a SaaS or support role is preferred. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and communicate software features to customers. Previous experience working with a product-based SaaS company is highly preferred. Financial Expertise: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or finance is highly preferred, or the equivalent of 3 years of experience in an accounting/finance-related role. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
