As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for cooperation with Xperi’s content partners, help build Video Apps to come onboard our Smart TV and Automotive media platform. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, content providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and delivery of high-quality content applications. If you are passionate about the Smart TV industry, have a strong technical background, and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. What you will get to do: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for content providers during the onboarding process. Collaborate with content providers to understand their needs and expectations, providing technical guidance and support throughout the onboarding process. Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of onboarding projects. Conduct regular meetings and status updates with content providers to address any issues or concerns and provide progress reports. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications. Perform technical troubleshooting and issue resolution, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content onboarding in the Smart TV industry. Contribute to process improvements and optimization of content onboarding workflows. Who we are looking for:   Main requirements for the role: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.  Strong technical background, with knowledge of web apps (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) & video tech stack, content delivery systems, advertisement delivery technologies and metadata catalogues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with content providers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment. Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Proficiency in written and spoken English.  Value asset of candidate's advantage: Experience in the Smart TV or digital media industry. Knowledge of other languages, as our TAMs collaborate with content partners from all around the globe.  Life @ Xperi At Xperi, we value People, Customers, Performance and Innovation.
