Technical Accounting Manager

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in managing technical accounting matters under US GAAP, particularly around complex commercial contracts and corporate development. You will ensure that our accounting policies are robust, operational, and aligned with the latest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical accounting analysis for complex commercial contracts and corporate development activities.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.

Develop and implement robust accounting policies and procedures.

Assist in the consolidation process and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical accounting guidance.

Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulatory changes.

Support the preparation of financial statements and disclosures.

Provide training and support to the finance team on technical accounting matters.

Who You Are:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Certification: CPA or equivalent required; IFRS knowledge is a plus.

Background: Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations.

Location: Willingness to work in Paris or Barcelona.
