Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to meet business requirements and improve the overall digital experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content authors, to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables. Customize and extend the functionality of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integration points to optimize the digital experience and ensure seamless content management. Implement and integrate Adobe solutions, including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign, with AEM and AEP to enable personalization, analytics, and campaign management capabilities. Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of developed solutions to ensure high quality and optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and provide accurate effort estimates for development tasks. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe technologies, particularly AEM and AEP, and make recommendations for adopting new features or enhancements to improve the digital experience. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for AEM and AEP applications. Document technical specifications, architectural designs, and implementation details to ensure effective knowledge transfer and support future enhancements or modifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) are a plus. Proven experience as a Technical Adobe Developer, with a focus on AEM and AEP, and a solid understanding of the Adobe tech stack. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and customizing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integration points. Proficiency in AEM development technologies, including Java, JCR, Sling, HTL/Sightly, and OSGi framework. Experience integrating Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign) with AEM and AEP to enable personalization, analytics, and campaign management capabilities. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs for integrating AEM and AEP with external systems and platforms. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
