Technical Analyst 4-Support

Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.24008)

 

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Business Administration or related technical field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation.  Position requires:

Experience in troubleshooting enterprise business application environments such as CRM applications, SOA Architecture, Customer Data Management, and Enterprise Data Quality tools (EDQ); Experience in defining requirements and partnering with customer system administrators to meet critical implementation milestones; Experience in working with development in planning product enhancements and new features; Experience in providing direct customer support of complex issues and escalations; Experience in XML, web services, java, JavaScript, PLSQL, databases, and Groovy; and, Experience in Creating, modifying, and reviewing content.
