Job Description

What you will do:

You will report into the Service Operations Manager.

Perform the extraction, formulation and manipulation of data to address business requirement.Interpret analysis results and documentation.Configure Core DA software according to specifications under guidance of Solutions / Senior Solutions analystTest software against specification to ensure the product operates as specifiedIdentify causes of software problems (at product or data level)Resolve problems, escalating only after analysis and execution of well-defined testsShare findings with peers from your & other teamsCommunicate ideas in knowledge sharing forumsDevelop positive daily client relationship at peer levelAttend and contribute to client meetings, including presenting results, conclusions and recommendations in both written and verbal form.Work with multiple partners within Experian to interpret requirements and data and resolve queries.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

IT Diploma or equivalent standard with a high numeric content2+ years of working experience in the field of application / customer supportFluent EnglishFriendly attitudePresentation and facilitation skillsProactive attitudeProblem-solving skillsOrganize and prioritize your daily tasksExperience business and business metricsReadiness to develop relationships with important partnersAbility to adaptReadiness to work with remote virtual teamsGood SQL Query Language knowledgeExperience of basic coding languages (Java, python, groovy script)Third-party software understanding will be an advantageWorking knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux)Experienced in working on relational database management systemsBasic understanding in different project methodologies
