ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a potential Technical Analyst, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client in the Tallahassee, FL area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical analysis and be well-versed in large-scale IT system modernization projects. This potential role will be responsible for the design, development, system testing, load testing, and implementation of new IT systems, ensuring that they meet both functional and performance requirements. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
+ Perform detailed technical analysis for large-scale IT system modernization and transformation projects.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new IT systems.
+ Lead efforts performance optimization to ensure systems are scalable and meet quality standards.
+ Document system requirements, workflows, and processes to support successful implementation.
+ Assist in the design and configuration of new software applications and IT infrastructure.
+ Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
+ Provide troubleshooting support during and after system implementation to ensure smooth operation and performance.
+ Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system design and implementation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Systems (IS), or Business Administration (BA), or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical analysis for large-scale IT system modernization projects.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design, development, system testing, load testing, and implementation of new IT systems.
+ Proficient in industry standards for system development and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
+ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, and software engineering principles.
+ Experience with system testing tools and methodologies, including load testing and performance optimization techniques.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Government Experience (Federal/State/Local)
+ Certification in IT technical analysis and/or project management (e.g., ITF+, TIA A+, CISA, PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) is a plus.
+ Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and modern software development practices.
+ Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence systems.
+ Knowledge of security best practices in IT system design and implementation.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
