This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. Responsible for troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training and assistance where required. **Education and/or Experience** + Associate’s degree in related area preferred. **Licensure/Certification/Registration** + Microsoft or other relevant network, systems, or administration certifications are preferred. **Work Schedule** + Day Shifts, 8:00am-4:30pm, every third call involvement; 80 hours every 2 weeks **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below.
