What you’ll be doing:
Provides technical support for systems and users. Evaluates needs, defines technical problems, and works with engineering/development staff to determine solutions. Performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
Installs, configures, and maintains technology or systems supporting an assigned business unit or functional area.Configures or re-engineers’ processes, systems, hardware, or software to meet business needs, oversees implementation, and provides post-implementation end-user support and maintenance.May be responsible for requisitioning hardware/software or tracking assets for the assigned unit.Performs configuration, tuning, upgrading, and administration of infrastructure components.Evaluates systems performance and capacity and provides reports and recommendations to management.Supports development activities, projects, and efforts that require specialized infrastructure skills.Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.What you bring to the table:

High School Diploma/GED.IT industry training and certifications. Focused on Microsoft or Cisco. 3+ years of experience in IT support roleWe Offer:
