Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Analyst II in Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities: * Technical Analyst II will support discovery exercises of system enhancement requests through research and fact-finding with process owners and subject matter experts * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences * Partner with Business Owners and Business Finance partners to capture the current process, description and impact of the problem, requirements, technical issues, and propose solutions * Collaborate with Technical Leads, including Architecture, Solution Development, etc. to identify and document the proposed solution and data flows associated with the requested change * Capture and prepare Rough Order of Magnitude and timeline assessments based upon data provided * Facilitate options analysis when new requests present over allocation in resource capacity and/or impacts to the roadmap * As a Technical Analyst II, you will develop and maintain detailed support documentation for enhancement requests * Prepare detailed flow charts, diagrams and other architectural documentation outlining proposed solutions and capabilities and processes, when necessary * Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results * Performs other duties as assigned
