Join Us as a Technical and Process Improvement Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Tech Service team for a 12-week project focused on enhancing our technical content and improving processes. This project aims to address a backlog of tasks causing significant delays due to limited resources. By prioritizing effectively, we aim to boost productivity and empower our dealers through shared knowledge.
About the Intern Program
12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd 40 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Design and publish technical documentation for internal and external use.Create test materials to advance internal knowledge.Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful completion of project tasks.Measure the utilization of topics listed by our dealer network through view counts or a reduction in submitted case files.Contribute to the improvement of our knowledge matrix scores. Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
