TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
"Job Summary:
The Jr. Project Manager is responsible for overseeing Push-to-Talk projects from inception through to completion. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring that projects meet customer expectations and stays within ATT CAST Program s scope.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
Develop detailed project plans outlining phases, milestones, and deliverables.
Establish project goals, scope, and timelines.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.

2. Team Coordination:
Lead meetings with cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, PTT business partners, sales professionals and onboarding teams for complex projects and large enterprise projects.
Facilitate communication between team members and departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Conduct regular team meetings to update on progress, address issues, and ensure project goals are met.

3. Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including CAST senior management, clients, and vendors.
Present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
Address and resolve CAST project-related issues and conflicts.

4. Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all CAST projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

5. Risk Management:
Identify and convey any potential project risks to the CAST Solution Consultant, Sales Team and onboarding officer.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Develop and manage project plan, ensuring projects stay within CAST program constraints.
Provide weekly project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date and stored in the CAST program SharePoint.
Update weekly program reports with PTT product intake form metrics and project status.
Work with Lead CAST Solution Consultant to track Service Request Forms and verify accuracy.

7. Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with Push-To-Talk vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services and maintain project alignment.
Document issues for escalation to PTT vendors

Qualifications
Proficient in Project Management methodologies
Basic understanding of Push-To-Talk technology
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft TEAMS
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
