Job Description: Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud SFDC Sharing and Visibility Salesforce DevOps SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive impactful solutions and contribute to our companys success.

Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to enhance functionality. Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust security measures. Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud to improve user engagement and experience. Manage SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to ensure proper data access and security. Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes. Handle SFDC Data management to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Develop and customize SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interfaces. Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Configure Salesforce settings to align with business needs and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with best practices. Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 12/15/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
