Technical Architect - ServiceNow
**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technicalexpertiseand hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. This role involves strategic thinking, leading solution design, providing development support, and engaging with clients in a leadershipcapacity. Over 17,000 organizations worldwide rely on SHI’s concierge approach to help them solve what’s next. **But the heartbeat of SHI is our employees – all 6,000 of them.** If you join our team, you’ll enjoy: + Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S. + Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities. + Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family. + World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours. **Responsibilities** _Include, but are not limited to:_ + Establish andmaintainstrong client relationships, effectively communicating technical solutions and recommendations + Lead workshops to guide clients through solution design and implementation processes + Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design comprehensive solutions using the ServiceNow platform + Provide technical support and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices + Troubleshoot complex issues on the ServiceNow platform,identifyingroot causes and implementing effective solutions + Offer strategic recommendations that align with client needs and businessobjectives + Engage in story grooming sessions, refining requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders + Conduct platform application assessments and CMDB/CSDM assessments **Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow + 5+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g. XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.) + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience + ServiceNow Implementationand Assessmentexperienceintwo or more applications preferred. + Additionalexperience in IT or Software Asset Management + Industry-leading knowledge of the ITAM and Software lifecycle **Required Skills** + Certifications in three or more ServiceNow areas are strongly recommended + Proven ability to lead workshops and guide clients through solution design processes + Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders + Experience troubleshooting complex issues and implementing effective solutions on the ServiceNow platform + Ability to make informed recommendations and decisions on solutions that align with best practices and client needs + Experience with story grooming and collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements. + Detailed knowledge of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles + Experience with common web technologies and networking (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP) + Directory service integration experience (Active Directory, LDAP). + Knowledge of Single Sign-on methods (token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0) and Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST) **Certifications Required** + ServiceNow CIS, CTA, and CAD certifications preferred **Unique Requirements** + It is expected that this role will require frequent travel both nationally and internationally (Max 30%) + Extended hours are required to complete some special projects **Additional Information** + The estimated annual pay range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
