Danfoss is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Assistant to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers as well with service providers on behalf of the company with focus on Warranty Support for our Climate Solutions Division. You will ensure that all Danfoss and customers’ warranty related requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction. This job position demands presential work at Danfoss premises.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
Provide full administrative related warranty support (Phone and email) on complaints raised by our customers. Check the products received against the documentation received. Creation, updates, and follow-up on product quality complaints by using our systems (Salesforce CRM and SAP IQOS) by following our SOPs and KPI targets. Create warranty invoices, credit notes and product returns by using SAP. Request 3rd party and/or internal inspections for components. Receive 3rd party inspection reports and review their service invoices as well posting them for payment. Share approved reports and warranty decisions to customers. Identify issues on current internal processes and propose improvements. Regular follow-up on critical open tasks. Keep warranty databases and information always correct and updated. Control Warranty Files archiving and support warranty audits. Run special projects assigned by your direct supervisor. Technical background preferable on these areas: Refrigeration / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical. Administrative and SAP Sales experience is a plus. English level: High-Intermediate to Advanced. MS office package. Communicative, organized, numerate, team player.
