We will count on you to:
Provide back-up support to members of the whole team
Maintain quality services and be the contact person for all issues related to the support of team members
Develop and maintain good relations with the team and insurers' representatives to facilitate the processing of business
Support the team in the implementation of client projects
Support the team in maintaining and organizing the client file in the following stages:
Verification of contracts in place
Obtaining and verifying missing or incomplete information
The production of summaries of benefits
Creating the Excel Wage Deduction File
The review of insurers' bills
Maintaining the demographics of post and pre-renewal employees
Implement corrective measures to meet high service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Actively pursue customer retention
We want you on our team if you have:
Minimum of two to five years of industry experience in Group Insurance and Group Retirement Services
The ability to effectively communicate in French and English both orally and in writing
A knack for working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT)
A service-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A projected professional, positive and enthusiastic image in the workplace
What will make you stand out:
Having obtained the AMF license for personal lines group insurance
College degree in commerce, finance, business administration or related filed
The ability to maintain professional stability and tolerance in a multi-task, multi-level, time-critical environment.
