Posting Description

TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE I, MARTIN LAB, Biology - Martin Lab, to join an interdisciplinary research team studying how forces are generated in embryos to sculpt tissues into complex structures; serve as the health and safety officer for the lab; assist lab members with their projects; and focus on pursuing an independent project regarding force generation and transmission in tissues. The Martin lab investigates the molecular, cellular, and tissue-level mechanisms by which forces sculpt tissues using the fruit fly and mouse model systems to image and analyze cell shape and force transmission in embryos.
