About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as an E2E Service Expert and play a pivotal role in the execution of our new Operation Model. This position requires exceptional knowledge on CS, IMS and UDC domains, beside different types of voice and Data services such as VoLTE and VoWiFi, and a comprehensive understanding of Mobile Networks architectures - both legacy and Cloud-based. As an E2E Service Expert, you will drive and support the successful implementation and transition of customer projects into MS responsibilities, while relentlessly pursuing continuous service and automation upgrades.
What you will do:
2nd Level Assurance Support Activities2nd Level Incident Management, Fault and KPIs troubleshooting2nd Level preventive maintenance Software Deployment; updates and upgrades on all Voice domain nodes (CS/IMS/UDC)Configuration Management; Service creation, provisioning & testingNodes introduction, expansion, acceptance and commissioning.Customer support handling and CSRs follow-ups.Customer Service Requests Handling
