Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand and resolve client billing issues, which includes working with standard billing tools and payment platforms Handling Customer queries.

Required Skills:

Minimum High School Diploma Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with modern operating systems, such as MacOS. Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk.
