Essential DutiesResponsibilites include but are not limited to the following:
Supporting the DTAS Practice Leader, with overall responsibility for deploying leading tools, templates, and techniques for our project teams as well as scope, budgets, and timelines for all DTAS client engagementsEstablishing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs and KPMs) for client engagements and team delivery, in order to maximize utility of project teamsEnsuring all consultants are sufficiently trained and have access to all relevant methodologies, tools, templates, and techniquesDrive resource allocation for active and future engagements, while managing the pipeline of potential opportunities. Support the DTAS Practice Leader in all aspects of business analysis Serving as the business systems administrator for PKFOD’s project management software and supporting toolsServe a business analyst on client engagements as needed Qualifications BS degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant field of study8-10 years of system or database development experienceWorking knowledge of Python and AI tools requiredReporting writing skills such as Power BI or SQL requiredAdvisory Services experience preferredCertified project management professional (PMP) a plusTechnically oriented - IT business analyst experience is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlawless ability to present complex data and information, simply and clearly, to multiple levels of management, in order to enable managers and leaders to make timely and effective business decisionsCollaborative team player with emotional intelligence, a sense of fun, and the ability to earn credibility and build relationships across a diverse group of internal stakeholders and outside partnersExceptional level of discipline, integrity and a strong sense of accountability for performance and driving resultsAdvanced computer skills in MS Office and Project Management SoftwareExperience with ERP solutions a plusHigh attention to detail and accuracy
The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
