Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Job Location : Berkeley Heights, NJ (Hybrid)** **Key Responsibilities** + Drive assigned projects and programs to ensure success by defining requirements. + Improve operations and processes using historical information and resources to achieve appropriate solutions. + Provide updates with the appropriate sponsors and stakeholders to ensure information is communicated effectively and efficiently. + With the use of dedicated and core teams determines course of action to define requirements and solutions that will solve for complex bank issues. + Work with both onshore and offshore resources for identified projects. + Resolve problems and conflicts among projects. **Required Skills** + 12+ years of Business Analyst experience. + 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management in large technical organizations Implementations client facing organizations and product management. + Analytical skills required to determine cause and effect related to service delivery of complex bank solutions. + Understanding of support levels and severity as well as root cause analysis skills to determine resolution to problems when they arise. + Strong knowledge of banking domain a plus. + Strong knowledge of financial services industry. + Strong strategic thinking. + Excellent communication skills including strong written and verbal communications C-Level and group presentation skills **Mandatory Skills** + Experience in Banking Transformation projects. + Ability to interact with developers, understand logic from legacy systems, and implement it into the new system. + Experience in Billing (preferred but not mandatory). **Life At Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
