Technical Business Analyst
Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will solve technical and data-related issues. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in implementing and managing a leads-based system or other CRM related functionality. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Technical Business Analyst **Location:** Dearborn, MI (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday and Wednesday) **What's the Job?** + Manage the discovery, development, delivery, and maintenance of complex technology initiatives. Solve technical and data-related issues working closely with technical architects and development staff to drive the technical direction. Triage of incidents, change requests and support tasks and data analysis as it relates to production support for the system. + This will be a hands-on technical role executing the technology roadmap and resolving escalated issues while ensuring compliance.
