The Technical Business Analyst plays a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups, documenting and tracking DevOps processes, and coordinating the use of multiple platforms and system environments. The Technical Business Analyst will: + Play a key role in coordinating technical initiatives across multiple groups + Document and track DevOps processes + Coordinate and document use of multiple platforms and system environments + Communicate status of teams and work initiatives to leaders through written and verbal communications + Other duties as assigned Qualifications: + Requires a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field with 6 years of experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. + Highly organized and detail-oriented + Able to facilitate team meetings and coordinate with multiple groups with competing priorities + Competent with Microsoft Office products + Needs to be technically literate on how systems work + Must be able to assess the impact of issues as they arise and escalate as appropriate + Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus Location: This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT. The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
