Technical Business Analyst (Corrigo)

What does this job involve?

Provide technical and project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)

Collaborate closely with cross-functional Team members to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process

Elicit and clearly document technical business and systems requirements

Potential issue/ risk identification and resolution.

Identifies scope creep

Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams, Presentations, System Demos and Reports for the different vertical and horizontal solutions

Participates in the scoping of proposed enhancements, and works with Delivery Managers, Team Leaders, and Project Managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for

Create technical designs and solutions towards project deliverables

Architect complex multi-tier technology stacks and development blueprints for the execution team.

Interacts with Customers and explains overall solution and its impact on the Prospects/Customers business drivers 

Creates specifications for each release and enhancement. Works with development staff to develop enhancement in a timely fashion  

Anticipates and prevents common errors. Tests enhancements pre- and post-development to make sure system meets end user needs, meets specifications and is error free. Assures quality control including regularly updating procedures 

Gathers feedback from stakeholders for future enhancements and ways to increase timeliness, accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness. Acts as a liaison between project stakeholders to correct bugs in systems and follows up with end users.  

Provides training and functional support as needed 

Works to mitigate risk while managing tasks, resources, and changes.  

Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities

Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results 

Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders 

Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates. 

Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines 

Develop and execute test scenarios

Engineer or equivalent degree with excellent business analytical experience

5 + yrs. of relevant industry experience

Knowledge of the Corrigo Platform or experience in the Real Estate / IWMS domain a plus

Estimated total compensation for this position:

75,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
