Our client is looking to add a Business Analyst to their team: MUST RESIDE IN ORLANDO (W2 ONLY) Can be remote within the state of Florida with 1x a month visits to Orlando. Required Hard Skills (must have): 1. Business Analysis: Candidates must have 6+ years of experience working with technology teams to gather requirements, identify missing requirements, understand their needs, and ensure Engineers and Technical Architects have the specific details of what those requirements are. 2. Cloud (AWS and/or GCP): Experience working with technical resources to understand verbiage surrounding GCP & AWS to work with Cloud Engineers, System engineers, Software Developers, and Architects to deliver technical projects in nature. Emphasis is less on business deliverables. 3. Jira: must have Jira experience to create user stories and issues, plan sprints and distribute tasks across a technical team. Creating dashboards is also required. 4. Process/Methodology: candidates should have experience with SDLC, Agile Project Management, and Scrum methods to successfully lead the fulfillment of large-scale requirements by technical resources. Desired yet not required (nice to have): • Technical: Prior technical hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer and/or Cloud engineer • Tools: Experience with Service Now, SmartSheets, Clarity PPM etc. • Certificates: AWS, GCP, SM, PMP, JIRA etc • Bachelor’s degree in computer science Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $60.00/hr.
