Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for stakeholdersBusiness Process Analysis:
Document current business processes Support the development of process maps and workflowsTechnical Solution Support:
Assist in the requirements gathering and documentation for technical solutions Support the testing and validation of new systems and software Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutionsProject Coordination:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination Translate business requirements into technical specificationsQualifications
Available to work 30 hours per week while being on-site a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) Completion of junior year preferred and must be enrolled in college for the upcoming semester; graduate students are also encouraged to apply Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL) is a plus Basic understanding of business process modeling and project management methodologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Job Snapshot Employee Type Intern Location Egg Harbor Township, NJ (Onsite) Job Type Entry Level, General Business Experience Not Specified Apply to this job.
