As our Technical Buyer/Planner– you will report to the Sourcing & Purchasing Manager. On a given day, you may: Source all components and services for manufacturing of industrial machinery. Negotiate prices with vendors. Develop relationships with vendors to ensure their performance meets our requirements in quality, delivery, and documentation accuracy. Communicate and resolve material non-conformances. Manage inventory by analyzing stock and disposing of excess and obsolete inventory. Support the manufacturing process to help improve product quality, manufacturing methods, and material flow Requirements for the role 2-3 years in a production planning/purchasing position.
