About the opportunity
The Decommissioning Unit delivers a range of high risk/ high value, outcome-based reward projects with innovative commercial arrangements or projects requiring a major/complex programme management skill set. Operating within the Decommissioning Business Unit, the PPP framework is a portfolio of complex construction projects with a potential value of £7bn to be undertaken across a 20-year timescale in support of the Sellafield decommissioning programme.
The 'Sellafield Retreatment Plant' (SRP) are seeking a Technical Clerk in Warrington.
The role will typically involve the following\:
Support the PPP Services Engineering team with the production of forms and templates utilising MS Office applications and ensuring documentation prepared by the team carries the correct PPP branding. Support meetings, where appropriate, by\: Organising meetings and coordinating delegates Preparation and distribution of briefing packs Taking and publishing minutesUpdating documents and liaising with the assurance chain and document control for their reissue. Maintaining activity trackers and expediting activities. Collation of document review comments for return to document originator.

Willing to undertake and obtain a “New to Nuclear” type qualification. Ability to learn and adapt to new electronic data management systems. Excellent organisation skills.
