Description We are offering a contract for a Technical Coach in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is within the Information Technology industry, and the job function revolves around guiding product teams towards achieving company objectives using modern engineering practices. Responsibilities include: • Guiding product teams towards achieving company objectives using exemplary and modern engineering practices. • Working closely with technical teams and leadership to influence and support the engineering culture. • Serving as an expert on modern technology architecture, engineering, and DevOps practices. • Collaborating with product teams to improve customer delivery. • Mentoring software teams, including engineers and architects, in learning and applying new problem-solving methods. • Leading large pairing or mobbing sessions to maximize learning while focusing on specific tasks. • Designing and developing facilitator-led materials related to modern engineering practices. • Contributing real-world software engineering experience to help build a viable community of technical coaches and practitioners. • Embedding with teams to understand their environment and behaviors to design impactful coaching interventions. • Developing and implementing coaching interventions for teams, including software engineers and architects. • Demonstrating preferred team behaviors and embodying the desired culture.
