Job Description SummaryDevelop, manage, lead and / or deliver complex and need-to-know documentation and communications on Information Technology (IT) products / processes / guidelines and technical training for an internal audience, which includes both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Working for an infrastructure and enterprise architecture team, you will plan, write, design and deliver online documentation that is accurate, well-written and engaging, and is consistent with user-centered design principles and TD’s corporate standards and strategies.

CUSTOMER
Write, design layouts and publish internal online documentation, including user guides, product specifications, infrastructure architecture strategies and guidelines, registration forms, announcements and infographicsPlan, write and deliver supporting communications, including email marketing messages and newslettersAssist with developing internal architecture events, including the development of PowerPoint presentations, email invitations, registration forms and post-launch reportsAssist with the planning, scriptwriting, storyboarding, recording and development of online micro-learning and how-to videosDrive leading-edge use of visual media: video, photography, interactive digital features and infographics, to transform technical knowledge in compelling, engaging and consumable ways Understand key business partners' objectives, direction and ongoing initiatives, and advise the leadership teams on appropriate documentation / communications strategies and tacticsManage on-going relationships with key business partners and/or third parties to assists in developing and delivering key technical messages, and coordinate internal architecture communication activities and project deliverablesDevelop and establish content standards and editorial guidelines for internal documentationSupport initiatives, such as online user surveys and polls, to measure the effectiveness of documentation and communication, and recommend improvementsPrepare and manage budgets for each project within the agreed upon parametersParticipate in project scoping and preplanning sessions, proactively providing advice and expertise on recommended tactics and solutionsProactively acknowledge and identify documentation/content gaps; notify management promptly where appropriate, and work with team to resolveExercise judgment in dealing with sensitive reputational issuesSHAREHOLDER
