Purpose of the role
Maintain all compliance related databases, in order to meet the requirements of government, accreditation bodies.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Submit CNCA Food audit plans and certificate information, as well as yearly reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.Maintain IATF audit and certificate information in China and APAC, ensuring the database entry ratio meets green indicators monthly.Support the automotive operation head by coordinating on-site activities during IATF external or internal audits and providing logistical support; address non-conformities related to database issues during audits and provide corrective action evidence if needed.Monitor the database entry ratio to ensure KPIs are met, regularly remind China and APAC about report review deadlines, non-conformity reminders, certificate suspension/ reinstatement/cancellation, and audit overdue reminders.Conduct monthly accuracy checks on IATF database entries and monitor the monthly entry KPI ratio, saving records. Be vigilant with the dynamic homepage of database entry KPIs and maintain a global oversight responsibility awareness.Summarize quarterly IATF China certificate 5% levy fees to global. Submit monthly expenses and provide accrued expenses to China finance department.Regularly monitor the latest information from the IATF official website and BSI Global to ensure timely updates and understanding of database rules and requirements, Share or provide training on database entry rules when necessary.Support in planning and implementing T&C activities through the Annual Program.Maintain appropriate relationships with the Technical & Compliance stakeholders within country, identifying local regulation requirements and sharing information, best practice collaboratively within that community, while evaluating performance against KPl's and producing consolidated reporting.Support any business need to obtain certification or authorization.Other responsibilities as specified from time to time.Person Specification
