Overview:  The Technical Consultant is responsible for technical consulting and configuration of the Achievers software with Enterprise clients typically over 5,000 employees with global requirements and complex structures. This individual will lead on all technical implementation components of implementation, from design, configuration, to testing and integration. This role encompasses client meetings, solutions documentation and platform configuration. Responsibilities: ConsultingConsult with clients to gather business and technical requirements through onsite and remote meetingsAlign requirements to product functionality, offering best practice, scalable solutions along the wayPresent compelling solutions, in a collaborative way, to Enterprise clients based on finite feature setsInteract with diverse client IT teams on various technical topics such as system integration and single sign-on Configuration and TestingConfigure platform modules, site content and permissionsConfigure system integrations and single sign-onProvide technical design consulting for API-based integrationsUtilizing test scripts to verify configurations work correctly, identifying and logging any bugs that occur Project Support and DeliveryInvestigate product issues by configuring proof of concepts and interacting with Product Management where neededEscalate product issues as needed to ensure client expectations and timelines are metProvide product feedback to Product ManagementCollaborate with colleagues inside and outside the department to foster a team-oriented, customer-focused environmentSupport on-boarding for new team members through product and process educationCan do, team oriented attitude Qualifications: 4-5 years of related experience in a software companyDemonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects (1-3 month cycles)Experience with configuring and implementing software applicationsEvidence identifying risks and issuesDemonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project deliveryAbility to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audienceDemonstrated flexibility, adaptability and driveEvidence of effective multi-tasking and tight project schedulesStrong attention to detailAn asset - experience working with HTML, CSS and APIsWhy you’ll love working at Achievers: We are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been in numerous publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture!
