About the Role: The Technical Consultant works alongside Account Executives to help prospects evaluate Kixie and move deals forward. The ability to ask open questions and uncover customer pain points is essential. The Technical Consultant is an expert on the Kixie platform and its integration partners, leveraging those feature sets to craft tailored solutions to novel problems. The role entails clearly explaining the technical aspects of Kixie and its integrations to a variety of decision-makers, preparing sales demos and presentations, and building automation, integrations, and reporting. Responsibilities: + Offer technical consultation to trial and paid customers + Strategize with Sales and CS reps to address customer requirements and drive revenue + Build custom integrations, automation, and reporting between Kixie and its integration partners + Document customer use cases and custom solutions for the Customer Success team + Work with engineering to develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs Requirements Requirements: + CRM admin experience, especially in HubSpot or Salesforce + Strong understanding of REST API, webhooks, and iPaaS (Zapier, Integromat, etc) + Knowledge of VoIP, audio engineering, firewalls, and VPNs + Proven background in sales or customer success Benefits Perks: + Competitive compensation + Health, Vision, and Dental + Opportunities for advancement + Professional development and learning resources + Office within one block of Third Street Promenade + Nespresso coffee
