Technical Consultant - Permanent - Remote role within New Jersey
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Technical Consultant with a background in computer science and excellent problem-solving skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves supporting customer projects globally, designing and implementing solutions and providing technical consulting. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge within a team.
Skills & Requirements:
Degree in computer sciences or a comparable qualification.Experience in technical consulting and project management.Familiarity with Document Management Systems, preferably Generis CARA or another DMS.Experience with complex software solutions running on Windows and Linux.Experience with data migrations and system integration.Good understanding of IT architectures and core processes.Scripting skills in JavaScript or other languages (Python, Java).Ability to understand client needs and communicate solutions effectively.Ideally, experience with implementing systems in regulated industries like pharma.Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
The Technical Consultant's responsibilities will be:
Support global customer projects for the company's portfolio.Design and implement solutions based on the portfolio, integrating them into customer environments.Develop data migration strategies and execute them.Provide technical and system architecture consulting to our customers.Develop and maintain project and system design documentation.Update on-premises and SaaS systems.Support pre-sales activities and work closely with Sales, Development and Support teams to provide the best solution for customers.
