Responsibilities Job Description: Technical Consultant Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and communicative Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable training sessions for non-technical personnel. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively liaise between clients, vendors, and our product teams. Key Responsibilities: Client and Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for interface implementation between clients, vendors, and internal product teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Training Delivery: Deliver comprehensive software training sessions to clients, ensuring that all users can effectively utilize our products. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connection issues and other technical problems that may arise during the implementation and use of our software. Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze client feedback to advocate for product enhancements and process improvements. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development, IT, or a related technical field. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a technical consulting role. Familiarity with banking software and systems. Experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials. Strong technical knowledge of Windows based application installation, configuration and troubleshooting, diagnosing network issues, and the ability to use GUI/web-portal based administrative tools. Previous technical experience installing and supporting core financial service provider software is a plus; examples include organizations such as Finastra, Jack Henry, Fiserv, Fidelity, Open Solutions, Data Center Inc, etc. What We Offer: A supportive and inclusive work environment.
