Your role and responsibilities

Mission: Execute assignments of low complexity, as per agreed timeline and standards using established solutions. Supports in development of consultancy products and services.Main Accountabilities: 1. Technical contribution Proposes technical solutions and works on consulting assignments, using established standards, methods and technologies, to develop solutions and resolve issues. Leads or supports the development of a special technology or area of best practice.2. Contract managementWorks with contract management activities (invoicing and work in progress, etc.) in one’s area of work. Ensures delivery of assignments as per the agreed contract.3. Planning and control Creates work plans and cost estimates in one’s area of responsibility. Ensures quality timely implementation within targeted cost. Improves effectiveness of work plan in collaboration with other functions, domestic 3rd party and/or with Operation Centre, OPC.4. Customer Interacts with customers on technical issues, interacts with official contacts, contractors, and other staff within his/her scope of deliverables. 5. Health, safety, and environment (HSE) Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications for the role

\tAt least 3 years’ development and maintenance experience\tFluent in Japanese and conversational English\tAbility to think and act independently to solve problems and strong communication skills\tIntermediate knowledge of energy industries products and solutions\tIntermediate in product problem solution\tIntermediate in cording language (C++, C#)\tIntermediate in software architecture\tIntermediate in engineering processes and tools\tExperience in business communication with domestic and/or overseas suppliers
