Technical Solutions Intern
Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program. Analyze and manage storage and server hardware customer cases to an effective resolution.Deep-dive into technical analysis of the customer configuration, in order to troubleshoot the issues and develop an effective recovery planSolve hardware/software problems of a customer according to company KPIs for the business.Observe, analyze and propose qualification process improvements suggestions and/or reportsWhat you’ll need:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another IT related degreeFluent in written and verbal English Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsTime management skills and working with strict deadlinesExcellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skillsThe drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional resultsA collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgencyThe desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your ownExperience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the worldComfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environmentWhat you can expect from us:
