Want to know more about ATS? [1] What Is Advanced Malware Protection (AMP)? * Provide technical support for ATS (Secure Endpoint formally known as AMP, ThreatGrid & XDR) products to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other internal technical support teams. * Work on challenging network problems that require substantial technical, analytical, solve, and communication skills. * Use moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems. * Attend ongoing technical training and work on assigned projects that will improve and further develop the success of the technology. Minimum Qualifications (Required to be initially considered for this position) * Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (STEM). * + 3 years of practical experience configuring, supporting, and fix networks. * Experience working with Linux/OSX/Windows operating systems including virtualized environments. * Familiarity with Network proxies * Understanding security protocols - SSL, IPSE, ACL, and security policies. Possess an English level equivalent to B2 or higher. Be able to attend the office at least 2 days per week. Preferred Qualifications (Are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates) * Prior experience with ATS products (ESA/WSA/Secure Endpoint/SecureX/Firepower/ThreatGrid) * CCNA or Network+/Security+ equivalent and/or Hands-on System Admin Experience * Experience deploying/supporting Windows+Applications in a business/enterprise setting * Understanding deploying/supporting AV in a business/enterprise setting * Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish and maintain confidence and take ownership of issues complemented by excellent teamwork skills \#WeAreCisco #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
