We provide 2nd/3rd level technical support worldwide 24 x 7 x 365 to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers. In this role, you will focus on reactive measures, including diagnostics and analysis, troubleshooting, and recommendations. Make an impact and be a part of world-class support by becoming a part of the Advanced Threat Solutions (Secure Endpoint/ThreatGrid/SECUREX) support team within Security TAC. Want to know more about ATS? [1] What Is Advanced Malware Protection (AMP)? * Provide technical support for ATS (Secure Endpoint formally known as AMP, ThreatGrid & XDR) products to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other internal technical support teams. * Work on challenging network problems that require substantial technical, analytical, solve, and communication skills. * Use moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems. * Attend ongoing technical training and work on assigned projects that will improve and further develop the success of the technology. Minimum Qualifications (Required to be initially considered for this position) * Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (STEM). * + 3 years of practical experience configuring, supporting, and fix networks. * Experience working with Linux/OSX/Windows operating systems including virtualized environments. * Familiarity with Network proxies * Understanding security protocols - SSL, IPSE, ACL, and security policies. Possess an English level equivalent to B2 or higher. Be able to attend the office at least 2 days per week. Preferred Qualifications (Are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates) * Prior experience with ATS products (ESA/WSA/Secure Endpoint/SecureX/Firepower/ThreatGrid) * CCNA or Network+/Security+ equivalent and/or Hands-on System Admin Experience * Experience deploying/supporting Windows+Applications in a business/enterprise setting * Understanding deploying/supporting AV in a business/enterprise setting * Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish and maintain confidence and take ownership of issues complemented by excellent teamwork skills \#WeAreCisco #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
