Description + Customer Support: Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries (via phone, email, or chat) in a professional and empathetic manner, delivering top-notch service. + Documentation: Accurately log and update all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system to maintain accurate records. + Education: Assist customers with understanding product features, functions, and best practices to improve their experience. + Process Improvement: Proactively identify recurring technical issues or customer pain points and recommend process improvements to minimize service interruptions.
