Description
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Customer Success Agent to join our team and help organizations successfully onboard, train. Ideal candidates will have experience in case management and training/onboarding clients into case management systems, along with helping clients troubleshoot technology issues.
Top Skills Must Have:
1. Minimum of 1+ year of help desk experience with ZenDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Etc. (3+ years of Help Desk is highly desired)
2. Experience with onboarding/training new clients with technology or SAS products.
3. Ability to break down complex workflows into easy-to-understand steps for multiple client journeys at once.
Nice-to-Haves:
1. Experience utilizing Generative AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot) or Excel for creating tables and analyzing data
2. Work history in or around Court, Detention, Probation, or Domestic Violence Crisis Centers
Work Environment:
This will be a HYBRID role. The team currently is onsite on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - they work remotely on Tuesday and Thursday.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000
-The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of help desk experience, experience utilizing as a SAS, have a history of helping clients achieve full ROI, and experience onboarding new clients.
