What You'll Do

Join our team and be a part of revolutionising organisational transformation with OrgBuilder, BCG's patented, cloud-based software platform. OrgBuilder is designed to foster collaboration, enhance employee engagement, and enable data-driven organisational redesign. Since its inception in 2010, OrgBuilder has been instrumental in over 3,000 projects, redefining more than 4 million roles to craft higher-performing organisations. With OrgBuilder, you will contribute to shaping the future of organisational health and performance, ensuring clients can achieve and sustain their transformation goals. You will join an expanding implementation team focused on proprietary BCG products which complement their consulting offerings. This is a client-facing, execution focused position and the successful candidate will work on multiple projects with international counterparts in parallel. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Implementing and customising our software solutions for client projectsTranslate business requirements and problems into appropriate technical solutionsDeliver ad-hoc requests from clients, BCG project and proposal teamsEnsure high quality outputs and insights* Contribute towards documentation (e.g. of data, proposals) to enhance overall work outputPrioritise product quality and identify anomalies and inconsistencies in data and applicationEmbed security and risk guidelines into every aspect of performed tasksAnalyse data for product development/management purposes and client support workBuild easy-to-use and interactive analysis modelsBuild first connection points between products for increased impact for case/project work and product evolutionWork in a fast-paced team and international environmentProviding end-to-end support on the technical aspects of cases including deployment, data migration, system integration, configuration, troubleshooting and technology workarounds in case of tool bugs and limitationsCustomising and configuring tools per client needs using SQL, and developing data ETL processesDesigning and developing dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BIWorking in the analytics solutions field or software implementation/support or infrastructureAccuracy, strong attention to detail and outstanding customer service orientationActively keeping up with industry trends, sources, and methodsEntrepreneurial and development/product enhancement opportunities-seeking mindset

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in data, engineering, computer science, or related field1-3 years of total, full time experience1 year in the field of production implementation, application support or data management/analysis Non-technical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent problem-solving skillsSelf-motivation and ability to operate autonomously in a structured mannerPrevious experience of working in application support team(s), client delivery roles and with global stakeholders/teamsExperience in promoting technical solutions/tools, demoing them to clients and outlining the benefits & advantagesAdditional language skills are a plus (especially Spanish, French, Portuguese or German)

Technical skills:

SQL (Advanced) Cloud Computing, ideally AWS or Azure (Basic)Understanding of object-oriented programming: C#, VBA (Basic)Excel (Advanced)Alteryx (Basic/Intermediate)Tableau (Intermediate)
