Technical Delivery Lead - NAM/LAT

Responsible for Cloud Infrastructure delivery for key NAM & LAT customers, ensuring alignment with committed domain scope, timelines, key revenue milestones, and delivery costs against the as-sold baseline (ASBL).
Serve as the project escalation point for key technical issues impacting the project, collaborating with business group delivery managers, program directors, Market Services (MS), and Product & Engineering (P&E) leaders to ensure smooth and profitable execution. Onboard local, remote, and near-shore deliveries as per Nokia’s contractual commitments, maintaining high quality and preventing negative deviations in project financials for responsible projects. Accountable for aligning service demand and resource supply between Market Services and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring that resource supply (cost booking) is in sync with the cost baseline. Contribute to decision-making during the pre-sales phase, validating scope and cost for Cloud Infrastructure deliverables. Identify cost overruns and deviations, supporting Nokia business groups in calculating nonconformance cost impacts and taking proactive actions to mitigate risks. Ensure organization tools are updated with the latest information and oversee the delivery quality of projects, addressing any resource gaps.
Technical Expertise
Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., CBIS,NCS,NCP,OCP) and services. Systems Architecture: Ability to understand scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. Automation & Scripting: Knowledge about automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Networking: Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., DNS, VPNs, routing, firewalls). Security Best Practices: Familiarity with security principles, compliance requirements, and threat mitigation techniques. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Experience with tools and techniques to monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement fixes.
